Another exciting week has nearly come to an end and there has been a lot going on in the social media world. I had the chance to attend my first virtual trade show yesterday and learned a lot about content marketing. I am fired up and ready to start using some of the new techniques and platforms I learned about, so watch this space!

He happened to use the word, “serendipity” within the conversation, and since this is my most favorite word, I told him as much. He shared this article with me and the other chat participants. I was blown away by his insights on social business within his post so shared it through Twitter so others could appreciate them as well. Indeed they did - it received the most clicks and retweets of any post this week.
